Always prefer old meat, Lumi is back
Ok, out search for a new vocalist didnt attract too many enthusiastic persons, in fact only two (2!) people showed any interest and only one of them had even some potential. I know were not the most famous band in the world but shit. Anyway, meanwhile Lumi has moved to Helsinki so as the geographical challenges have been defeated, we bid Lumis long shadow welcome back abroad.

Uutta laulajaa haetaan
Avantgarde Metal –porukka Aberrant Vascular etsii uutta vokalistia. Haemme ensisijaisesti Kristopher Rygg/Simen Hestnaes –tyyppistä puhdasäänistä, mutta myös örinöihin ym. taipuvaa mieslaulajaa. Tämä ei kuitenkaan ole mikään välttämättömyys, joten kiinnostuneet voivat ottaa yhteyttä laulutyylistä riippumatta. Muutamia odotuksia:
-kyky kehitellä omat laulumelodiat
-hyvä englannin taito
-kokemusta sekä keikkailusta että studioreissuista
-Helsingissä asuminen
-vähintään 20 vuoden ikä.

Unfortunately Lumi has been forced to step away from Aberrant Vascular. The cold facts are that in addition of being very busy with his operatic/classical businesses, Lumi lives about 500km from the others so there\'s simply not enough time for the band anymore. Luckily Lumi has promised to cover us until we find new meat to the group so possible gigs in near future are not jeopardized. We will always miss Lumi\'s hemaphrodic essence and hereby thank him for the years in the band. Av will continue with new vocalist so don\'t blow your Wernicke\'s glands yet.

New gig
Well be performing a full-scale gig on 27.9. at Darkside, Helsinki. The controversial joint is located at Perhonkatu 6. We will be accompanied by pleasant industrial/alternative metal group Kilt, check out also http://www.myspace.com/kiltdot before getting your thongs on and showing up.

About Emergenza
Well, we didnt make it past the semifinals, but i think it was mainly because of Lumis periods, nothing really works out then. Thanks for those who supported us and good luck for those who moved on.

Fuck Aegisthus
Without specifying the reasons in more detailed manner, the whole process of making particular long play got washed down the uretha. The album is pretty much recorded, but due the changes in circumstances Aegisthus wont be released in a way it was meant to. Instead, we have a good dose of material ready and well enter studio within this spring to record our third and hopefully a last demo. Meanwhile well present you two rehearsal-recorded songs that wont appear on the forthcoming demo. Those songs are quickly recorded and roughly mixed with no vocals so dont start bitching. Ääni ja vimma
Parin viikon takainen rykäisymme irrotti lähes yksinomaan positiivista palautetta, mutta tuomaristo oli sitä mieltä ettei bändiä pystynyt arvioimaan ilman vokaaleja. Tästä johtuen Lumi on loppukuukauden bitch -vuorossa. Toivotamme muille bändeille hyviä yhdyntöjä jatkossa, ensi kerralla mukanamme on vähintään jeesus.

Lumi cant make it to the particular weekend and we couldnt change the date, so theres no option but to throw an instrumental set. The gig time is limited to ten minutes only, so well present a completely new song and a new version of Seulement Pour Les Alienes.

Contest and unstatic info
AV will participate Ääni ja Vimma. We doubt this kind of weirdo material will face an overwhelming succee, but it\'ll be fun and maybe we\'ll get two new listeners. Our first shot is on saturday 24th of March in Kallahden nuorisotalo, Helsinki. Other news is that the Tampere gig is in Bar Amadeus instead of Club Vastavirta.

We\'re eager to present the new feces in band:Antti Salo (g) and Pasi Kärkkäinen (b) are both skillfull appendices to our still abnormal-seeming musical view and will hopefully take the burden of AV even deeper into chameleont noise. Unfortunate announcement
Geographical distances have made it impossible to continue with the original line-up since almost every member has been living in a different city. We thank Jaakko \"Leca\" Huhtala, Jaakko \"Juno\" Kallio and Hannes \"sano sille että ottaa vaan suihin\" Ampiala for their years with the band, AV would have never been the same without you and your dirty underwear will stay in our dreams forever. Aberrant Vascular will continue with new line-up in Helsinki and as said before. this is not omega.

At the present knowledge we\'ll play at club 25, Vaasa, on saturday 21.10. The evening should also contain some other bands, but that\'s unconfirmated information at the moment and they\'re probably not so good as we are anyway. The new webpage is ready and we also moved pages to aberrantvascular.com, which will hopefully be valid address until the year 2105 when the last one of us perishes at the age of 124. The pages are about to contain more stuff than the previous ones, and more is about to come. There\'s still a lot to do with the pages, and those are to be taken care of during following weeks. If you want to give feedback about the pages or just mock the band, you can do it via guestbook.

Ok, it's been pretty quiet for a while since both Sade and Rych were exploring Asia, but we're finally back in business and announce that we're currently working on our first long play entitled AEGISTHUS. The drums are already recorded and the keys are under construction at the moment. The album will contain nine tracks and will be released trough Daydream Nightmares Records when it's ready.
We'll also renew our website when there's time and will keep you up-to-date with progression of Aegisthus.

Megalomaniac band event
We'll be playing 10.9. at Salo on Haven Promotion's Heavy Metal Weekend (http://www.haven.fi/hmwoaf/hmw2005.htm), wich is a free open air festival containing over 30 bands on the same evening. Our gig will be exeptional, 'cause due to Lumi's hurries with opera we'll appear instrumental.

Every mother's favourite guitarist Sade is off to Hong Kong for the forthcoming fall to explore the corporeal (pedestracial?) possibilities of east. Ok, we've had some problems updating the news, but as a few have noticed, the next episode entitled THYESTES is finally out from the Hippodamia's uterus and is freely downloadable at the disco section. The controversial product takes the concept "Operatic Avantgarde Metal" even futher away from the fresh and unstained lawns of stable mind and I guess we won't get summer jobs from parishes and kinder gardens next year either.

Aberrant Vascular will perform a gig on friday 15.10. at Seinäjokis´s Pub 6-0 with bands Twilightning and Embraze. The evening contains also a presentation of Sanna Vanhala´s clothes which we are wearing too. Entrance should be free. Expect some new material and anomalous enactment.
